<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a trouble that a logical value "H" is always outputted to an output terminal OG independently of on/off of a (n) type MOS transistor in a conventional nonvolatile latch circuit using a ferroelectric gate capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A nonvolatile latch circuit is provided with a ferroelectric capacitor 1, a n type MOS transistor 3, and a p type MOS transistor 4, and after the n type MOS transistor 3 is turned on, third voltage Vred1 being smaller than second voltage Vdd which completely turns on the p type MOS transistor 4 is applied to a second input terminal RG connected to a gate of the p type MOS transistor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
