<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software process diagnostic consultation supporting device for allowing an inexperienced person who makes a diagnosis to easily execute process diagnosis by using an SPA based on JIS TR X 0021. <P>SOLUTION: This software process diagnostic consultation supporting device is provided with a basic practice consultation chart data base 22 which stores a basic practice consultation chart for consulting the targeted achievement level of a process that operation items associated with software are defined in a batch for each institution by referring to the standard of consultation. Also, this device is provided with a management practice consultation chart data base 23 which stores a management practice consultation chart for consulting the capability standard of the institution which should achieve each process by referring to the standard of the consultation. Furthermore, this system is provided with a processing part for displaying the basic practice consultation chart and the management practice consultation chart for inputting the consultation results of the institution, and for storing the consultation results inputted to those consultation charts in those respective basic practice consultation chart data base 22 and the management practice consultation chart data base 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
