<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a medical information management system which identifies a matching state between inspection order information and image attribute information, easily and efficiently makes the both match, and efficiently secures the authenticity of medical information. <P>SOLUTION: The medical information management system manages medical information generated in a medical institution. The system is provided with: an image server in which a medical image photographed with an image photographing device and image attribute information are associated with and stored, and which transmits the medical image to an image reading support terminal; an inspection order information storage means storing the inspection order information having two or more pieces of management data generated in the medical institution; an image attribute information storage means in which the image attribute information having two or more pieces of the management data acquired from the image server; and a matching state discrimination means which compares the inspection order information stored in the inspection order information storage means with the image attribute information stored in the image attribute information storage means, and adds matching state identification information for identifying the matching state of the management data to the image attribute information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
