<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of draining of a bathing device with an independent bathtub separated from a hot-water tank for controlling hot-water not to remain in a piping system connecting the bathtub and the hot-water tank. <P>SOLUTION: A single or a plurality of motor valves mounted inside the piping system connecting the bathtub 1 and the hot-water tank 2 are actuated only when a draining completion detecting sensor 4 mounted on the bathtub 1 and a lower limit level detecting sensor 5 mounted on the hot-water tank 2 are both operated. Then, a connection pipe connecting the bathtub 1 and the hot-water tank 2 is opened for a prescribed period of time, so that hot-water remaining in the connection pipe is drained to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
