<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a color filter excellent in uniformity of pixel density, and resistance, especially, chemical resistance by controlling wetting spread of a coloring ink on an image-receiving layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the color filter formed by adding a coloring ink to the image-receiving layer formed on a transparent substrate by an ink-jet method, the image-receiving layer is constituted of an acrylic copolymer resin, of which the components contains diaceton acrylamide as an essential component. Further, it is preferable to contain also dicarboxylic acid dihydrazide as a thermosetting component. Then, after applying this image-receiving layer to the whole surface of a pattern-shaped light-shielding layer formed on the transparent substrate, drying, and temporarily curing it, the pigmented ink is added onto the image-receiving layer corresponding to an opening part of the pattern-shape light-shielding layer by the ink-jet method to form the pixels, and thereafter, actual curing is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
