<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Tamogi mushroom (Pieurotur citrinopiletus sing) beverage by improving the extraction efficiency and absorption efficiency in the body of the Tamogi mushroom extract liquid for providing the health beverage. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the Tamogi mushroom health beverage is provided by steaming the mushroom for an appropriate time, cutting, squeezing liquid, then passing the liquid through an extractor for extracting component liquid, adding additives and sterilizing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
