<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surplus calculation simulation device that calculates a surplus volume caused by a change in a production plan. <P>SOLUTION: Production plan information to be changed is registered in a virtual production plan information storage part 9 from a terminal 1. Part list information to be changed is registered likewise in a virtual part list information storage part 12 from the terminal 1. Arranged volume/stored volume accumulation integrating means 5 integrate accumulated arranged volumes and stored volumes in ascending order of arrangement timing in item number units to set both in an information storage part 13. Required volume/retrieved volume accumulation integrating means 6 integrate accumulated required volumes and retrieved volumes in ascending order of requisition timing in item number units to set both in the information storage part 13, and integrate accumulated required volumes and retrieved volumes in ascending order of requisition timing in main item number units set by main item information setting means 4 to set both in the information storage part 13.
