<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reverse auction for allowing a purchaser to decide and disclose merchandise the purchaser wants to purchase on the Internet, to generally and widely invite joint purchasers, and to select the seller with respect to the joint purchase. <P>SOLUTION: This joint purchase reverse auction system is provided with: two or more purchase terminals 3 for transmitting joint purchase information to a joint purchase reverse auction server, and for receiving the joint purchase information registered by the other purchaser from the server, and for transmitting the requested number of purchase to the server; servers 5 and 9 for disclosing the joint purchase information on the Web site, and for generating and disclosing reverse auction information on the Web site when the joint purchase invitation period ends, and for setting the lowest bid price received from the seller terminal as a successful bid candidate price, and for setting the successful bid candidate price as a successful bid price when the reverse auction holding period ends; and two or more seller terminals 4 for receiving the reverse auction information from the servers, and for transmitting the bid information to the servers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
