<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive reservations for home-delivery service on Web and to receive a package on the day convenient for a receiver especially when the consignee side previously registers a desired delivery day. <P>SOLUTION: Delivery discrimination information and desired delivery date and time information transmitted from a user terminal are received to create a new transport case record and store the same as the dispatch confirmation waiting status.
