PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate for authentication enabling biometrics authentication in a terminal. SOLUTION: In the certificate 30 for the authentication, data for collation of the biometrics authentication, attribute information of an individual, and the electronic signature of an authentication station 20 are included. The terminal 10 generates authentication data from fingerprints, collates them with the data for the collation extracted from the certificate 30 for the authentication and performs the biometrics authentication.
