PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method in which a data amount is not increased even if the number of communication terminals is increased. SOLUTION: Each terminal A, B, and C executes communications in between each of terminals by respectively using slots S1, S4, and S2. And at the same time, each terminal attaches an empty slot list, in which empty slots (S3, S5, or the like) not used by any terminals in a communication network are counted, to transmission data and it transmits them. Accordingly, each terminal has the same list in common in the communication network. When a terminal D newly tries to make a new entry into such a communication network, the terminal D receives the empty slot list from the terminal C, it appropriately selects a slot, for example, the S3, and it selects it as a using slot of its own station (the terminal D). As a result, the terminal D updates the empty slot list so that the using slot of its own station is deleted, and it transmits the updated empty slot list to the communication network.
