PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange system for selectively changing the control contents (depending on the regulated incoming call class) of an arbitrary incoming call regulation for each telephone number (specific telephone number) of an regulated incoming call. SOLUTION: A private branch exchange system 1 includes a PBX 4 for accommodating and connecting a plurality of communication lines 2A and an MFT 3. The PBX includes a caller number detection part 21 for detecting a caller number relating to call incoming through a communication line to the MFT, and a CLIP 14 for storing the specific telephone number. The system includes: a processing class memory 22 wherein a plurality of incoming call regulation classes are stored; a memory control part 24 for registering a desired incoming call regulation class in the CLIP for each specific telephone number in response to a predetermined operation of the MFT; and an incoming call control part 25 for judging presence/absence of a telephone number corresponding to the caller number in the CLIP when a call incoming to the MFT is detected, and for controlling call incoming to the MFT relating to the caller number on the basis of the incoming call regulation class corresponding to the telephone number when the presence of the telephone number is judged.
