PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder capable of securely setting a recorded medium into a hand tray, a recording device, and a liquid jetting device. SOLUTION: This feeder comprises the hand tray 60 allowing the recorded medium P to be hand-fed and a feed means 25 disposed on the downstream side of the hand tray 60 and feeding the recorded medium P set in the hand tray 60 to the downstream side. A second guide member 82 guiding the recorded medium P to a feed means feed acting position is formed on the upper part of the hand tray 60 near the upstream side of the feed means 25.
