PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body sensing acoustic system capable of obtaining a furthermore higher presence and relax effect by allowing a user to be able to enjoy also a video image in matching with sound and providing a stimulus tuned to the sound to the body of the user. SOLUTION: The body sensing acoustic system 1 includes: a DVD (digital versatile disk) reproducing apparatus 2 that reads audio information and video information from a DVD 5 on which the audio information and the video information respectively representing audio and video are recorded, and outputs an audio signal and a video signal respectively representing audio and video; a projector 3 for displaying the video on the basis of the video signal outputted from the DVD reproducing apparatus 2; and a chair form body sensing acoustic apparatus 4 including: a speaker 31a for outputting sound; a stimulus supply mechanism 13 and vibrators 8e applying stimulus to the body of the user; and a control section 33 for controlling the operation of the stimulus supply mechanism 13 and the vibrators 8e on the basis of the audio signal outputted from the DVD reproducing apparatus 2 to provide stimulus turned to the sound to the body of the user.
