PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable timepiece with excellent maintainability in the periphery of a winding stem pipe. SOLUTION: A pipe attaching hole 17 provided in a drum 13 is formed into stepped structure having an elastomer storage hole part 17c opened toward a drum outer face. The winding stem pipe 21 attached detachably to the drum 13 is constituted to have an insertion part 23 having a drum inner end part 23a inserted loosely to be advanced and retreated into/from the pipe attaching hole 17 from an outside of the drum 13 and arranged inside the drum 13, a drum outer end part 24 arranged outside the drum 13, and a flange part 22 provided between the insertion part 23 and the drum outer end part 24. The winding stem pipe 21 is energized toward the outside of the drum 13 by a coil spring (elastic body) 27 stored in the elastomer storage hole part 17c while sandwiched in a compressed condition by a deep face 17d of the storage hole part 17c and the flange 22, and a pipe stopper 26 is disengageably engaged with an engaging groove 25 of the drum inner end part 23a to prevent coming-off of the winding stem pipe 21.
