PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitoring device having versatility, independently of the change of a voltage-monitoring part. SOLUTION: The voltage-monitoring device 1 is constituted of a plurality of input terminals 2, a voltage-dividing circuit 3, a multiplexer 4, an output terminal 5, a first switch SW1, and a second switch SW2. The voltage-dividing circuit 3, consisting of a first resistor R1 and a second resistor R2, generates a divided voltage, and the first resistor R1 is connected in parallel with three first selected resistors R11-R13 having different resistance values, and the second resistor R2 is connected in parallel with three second selected resistors R21-R23 having different resistance values. Then, the first switch SW1 is switched and connected to the first resistors R11-R13, in response to an input voltage V1.
