PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test water supplying device for supplying test water at an appropriate water pressure and water quantity at all times and supplying test water to a water quality monitoring automatic measuring apparatus without changing water quality. SOLUTION: This test water supplying device 10 samples water in rivers, lakes, marshes, or the like, by using a submersible pump 11 and supplies the sampled water as test water to the water quality monitoring automatic measuring apparatus 12. The supplying device 10 is equipped with a constant flow valve 14 in a flow path from the pump 11 to the apparatus 12. The test water sampled by the pump 11 is passed through the valve 14 to adjust it to a constant pressure and a constant quantity. The device 10 is equipped with a closed sand/gravel removal pipe 15 on the upstream side of the valve 14. By passing the test water sampled by the pump 11 through the pipe 15, only sand and gravel can be settled down and removed from the test water. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
