PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a pump with simple structure while seldom causing the failure of the pump. SOLUTION: The pump 30 is connected between an injection head 2 and an ink tank 20. A case 31 of the pump 30 is provided with an intake hole 31a and a discharge hole 31b. A partition member 50 is disposed at a rotor 40 disposed in a cavity 32 in the case 31. The partition member 50 is formed of synthetic rubber, and both end faces are always in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the case 31 even if the rotor 40 is rotated. The cavity in the case 31 is partitioned into a plurality of regions respectively surrounded by the case 31, the rotor 40 and the partition member 50. With the rotation of the rotor 40, the partition member 50 is also rotated, and ink is sucked into the region communicating with the intake hole 31a, while the ink is discharged from the region communicating with the discharge hole 31b.
