PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work bench capable of following a folding operation without preventing the folding of the work bench by a connecting body even while ensuring sufficient strength by making the connecting body for holding treads to leg bodies in working posture as a simple structure. SOLUTION: The leg bodies 3 are respectively pivotally connected to a pair of treads 2 pivotally connected to each other, and in the case of the working posture making a pair of tread 2 as the approximately horizontal by erecting both leg bodies 3, the treads 2 and the leg bodies 3 connected to the opposite sides are connected with connecting bodies 12 to be slantly arranged, and a connecting point A on the side of the tread of each connecting body 12 is set in such a position as a distance from a connecting point B on the side of the leg body of each connecting body 12 is fixed while a pair of treads 2 are folded in an inverted V-shape from the working posture to shift folding posture to which both leg bodies 3 are approached.
