PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin film improved in elasticity, curl restoring properties, winding habit curl and curl characteristics after developing treatment, and a silver halide photographic photosensitive material using the same. SOLUTION: In the polyester film having a laminated structure comprising at least three constituent layers, all of the constituent layers are constituted based on a polyester having an alicyclic structure in its main chain and the water contents of two layers constituting the respective upper and under surface layers of the film are different.
