PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller mill which can prevent incineration ash from stagnating in the upper part between a pair of rollers by improving crushing capability. SOLUTION: The roller mill is provided with a pair of the rollers 22a and 22b attachable and detachable to and from each other, a motor for rotating the rollers 22a and 22b and pressing means 26a and 26b for pressing the rollers 22a and 22b to a direction A where the rollers 22a and 22b approach each other. The one roller 22a is formed to a diameter smaller than the diameter of the other roller 22b and the pressure of the one pressing means 26a for pressing the roller 22a is set smaller than the pressure of the other pressing means 26b for pressing the other roller 22b.
