PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation filtering device capable of filtering cooking oil for a fryer while the oil is still hot and demonstrating high filtering performance. SOLUTION: The circulation filtering device is provided with an oil receiving tank 22 whose opening part is made to face the lower part of a discharge valve 16 which is provided to an oil pan 12 installed to a fryer main body 11. Inside the oil receiving tank 22, a stacked filter structure body 30 composed by stacking a metallic filter net 31, a metallic filter paper presser 32, filter paper 33, a metallic mesh net 34 and a filter cloth 35 finer than the filter paper 33 in this order from the top is detachably provided. A suction pump P for sucking out the cooking oil after passing through the stacked filter structure body 30 from the inside of the oil receiving tank 22 and a motor M for driving it are provided. In order to return the cooking oil outputted from the suction pump P to the oil pan 12, a connection device 41 for attachably and detachably connecting a suction port part 41b at one end of a heat-resistant hose 42 whose other end is connected to a supply port part 48 opened on the oil pan to the exit side 41a of the suction pump is provided.
