In a process to manufacture a solar radiation absorption panel, a sheet of metal (5) is folded to create the external overall shape together with internal fluid flow passages (2, 3, 4). The forming process is e.g. deep-draw, hydro-forming, rolling or roll/bending. The remaining open ends are then closed and sealed e.g. by welding, solder or bonding. Also claimed is a commensurate solar panel.
