PURPOSE: A MAC protocol layer module of a mobile terminal in MANET and a method for transceiving a frame thereof are provided to prevent the loss of data due to the previous transmission of the data frame. CONSTITUTION: A MAC protocol layer module of a mobile terminal in MANET includes the steps of: a first process(100) of sorting the control frame and the data frame by analyzing the frame transmitted from the MANET protocol hierarchy module; a second process(103) of assigning the priority higher than that of the data frame to the control frame so as to take the medium in advance for the data frame; and a third process of transmitting the control frame and the data frame by high priority.
