<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take up an image in which the center of a line connecting a papilla and a mucula is always positioned at the center of the image. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmology imaging apparatus comprises a fundus oculi observing optical system for guiding the image of the fundus oculi of an examined eye to an imaging means, an image processing means for extracting the position of the papilla from the taken up image, a display means for presenting a target of fixation based on the image of the extracted papilla, and a fixation target projecting means for projecting the image of the display means on the fundus oculi of the examined eye nearly in the actual size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
