PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a subject member to a shaft without rattling, and in such a way that loosening of a screw is less likely to occur.
SOLUTION: A recessed groove 4 in the shaft 1 is set to a protrusion 5 on the subject member 2, and the recessed groove 4 as a rotation direction regulating part is moved in an axial direction of the protrusion 5 to insert the shaft 1. Next, using a part where positions of arc grooves 6 and 7 overlap with each other, a screw 3 is driven to be tightened. Relative rotation is generated between the subject member 2 and the shaft 1 in such a way that the arc grooves 6 and 7, position-deflected, axially coincide with the screw 3. One side of the protrusion 5 on the subject member 2 is strongly applied to one side surface of the recessed groove 4 in the shaft 1 to eliminate a rotating direction gap 8 between the subject member 2 and the shaft 1 on the abutment side, while that on the non-abutment side remains. Rattling is thus eliminated, and loosening or coming-off of the screw 3 also becomes difficult to occur.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
