摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which makes the density irregularity of a thermosensitive layer hardly conspicuous as a printing result, even where such irregularity occurs, although the thermosensitive color developing layer formed by a printing method conventionally tends to be thicker in one region where a marginal part is generated than in the other region as a density irregularity phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive recording medium with the thermosensitive color developing layer showing two or more different color tones, formed on a substrate by a printing process, a laminated part 8 is formed within a preset printing area of the thermosensitive recording medium in the way that a part of the other thermosensitive color developing layer 9 is laminated on the terminal part, in the printing direction, of one thermosensitive color developing layer 7 among a plurality of the thermosensitive color developing layers. Thus the irregularity of thermosensitive color developing density of a marginal part generated at the terminal part, in the printing direction, of one thermosensitive recording layer, is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
