PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic application system, electronic application method, electronic application terminal device and electronic application acceptance device convenient for a user, which can perform an efficient communication according to the kind of an application form to be treated.

SOLUTION: A transmission method corresponding to the kind of a desired application is reported by a procedure information file from a community side (an acceptance server 200 and an acceptance device 300) which accepts the application to an applicant (an applicant terminal 100). In the applicant terminal 110, an application form file is transmitted to a corresponding server (any one of a Web server 201, a high-capacity transfer server 202 and a notarization server 203) according to the transmitting method shown by the procedure information file (in case of a plurality of transmitting methods, the applicant is made to select a transmitting method).
