<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the clocking of a plurality of times with a time difference and the error correction of these times based on the reference time information in a receiver with clock function for correcting the time based on reference time information by radio wave or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This receiver comprises a second clocking means for clocking a second time having a time difference from a first time clocked by a first clocking means.
