PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize subconsciousness for a user, to suggest an opportunity for start of the optimum action, to provide feeling free from anxiety for progress free from stagnation after the start, and to support an action for a combination purpose.

SOLUTION: User information is transmitted from a user terminal to an action support server via the Internet, the action support server prepares and transmits action support information suitable for support for realizing action planned by the user and for suggestion for an action executed in accompaniment to the planned action, and the user terminal receives it to display it.
