PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp volume of outside air supplied in a natural ventilating manner to a zone for air conditioning. SOLUTION: Air volume prediction processing is performed by detecting conditions of change factorsΔtzo, dw, vw for changing natural outside air volume Qf by factor condition detection means s3, s7 to s9 concerning the natural outside air volume Qf which is the volume of outside air OA supplied in a natural ventilating manner to the zone Z for air conditioning to compute the natural outside air volume Qf according to a set computation expression based on the detected information. Computation expression compensation processing is performed to compensate the set computation expression based on an actually measured value (=Qe) of the natural outside air volume Qf detected by a volume detection means s17 while natural ventilation using air conditioning operation is performed, detection information of the factor condition detection means s3, s7 to s9 when the actually measured value is sampled, and a computation value of the natural outside air volume Qf computed based on the detection information.
