PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for storing a substrate for preventing lugs from departing from a receptacle, and for easily removing the plug from the receptacle when desired. SOLUTION: The cabinet 2 can be fitted to a plug 6 connecting to a cable 7 along a first direction, and can be disconnected along the second direction opposite to the first direction. The cabinet 2 stores the substrate 3 where the receptacle 4 that can be rotated relative to the plug 6 with the first and second directions as axes when being fitted to the plug 6. The cabinet 2 has an inhibition section 5 for inhibiting the movement of the plug 6 in the second direction when the plug 6 fitted to the receptacle 4 is rotated to the second position with the first direction as an axis at the first position.
