PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan shroud capable of shortening an air duct from a radiator to a cooling fan without increasing flow resistance. SOLUTION: The fan shroud constituting the air duct from the radiator 1 to a circular fan ring 4 formed along the outer periphery of the cooling fan 3 is composed of a shroud 5 on the radiator 1 side and a rubber ring 6 on the fan ring 4 side. An upstream side opening 5a of the shroud 5 is formed in rectangular shape corresponding to the radiator 1, and a downstream side opening 6b of the rubber ring 6 is formed in circular shape corresponding to the fan ring 4. A downstream side opening 5b of the shroud 5 and an upstream side opening 6a of the rubber ring 6 are formed in intermediate shape in a process of changing from the shape of the upstream side opening 5a of the shroud 5 to the shape of the downstream side opening 6b of the rubber ring 6 to avoid the increase of flow resistance following the sudden cross-sectional change of the air duct.
