PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack imposing most suitable surface pressure on respective laminate batteries, and making respective laminate batteries sufficiently display their performance by regulating the distance between a pair of end plates to be an optimum value without using any specific parts. SOLUTION: A positive electrode terminal 3 connected to a positive electrode tab 14 and a negative electrode terminal 4 connected to a negative electrode tab 16 of a plularity of the laminate batteries 10 are formed so that a thickness T1 of each electrode terminal become slightly thinner than a total thickness T2 of the plurality of laminate batteries 10, and the positive electrode terminal 3 and the negative electrode terminal 4 are interposed between a pair of end plates 2 together with the laminate batteries 10.
