PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in operability in editing a way how to arrange holograms in an optical disk. SOLUTION: A region where image formation is possible out of the optical disk is displayed as a window screen 251 on a display device of a host computer and images are laid out by using the window screen 251. As to the holograms, the simple display thereof is performed not by the hologram data indicating their contents but by the images 253 (P1) and 254 (P2) based on preview data. As to the images which are not the holograms, on the other hand, the display is performed by the images 255 (S1) based on the image data indicating their contents.
