PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array sheet having a high density light shielding layer, to provide a manufacture method of the microlens array sheet and to provide a transfer sheet used in the manufacture method. SOLUTION: In the manufacture method of the microlens array sheet, a microlens array 5 is formed on one side surface of a transparent substrate 1, a photosensitive layer 2 is formed on the opposite surface, thereafter, ultraviolet ray 6 is applied from the one side surface and, thereby, a part 9 condensed by the microlens array in the photosensitive layer is cured. Non-condensed parts 10 are left in the state keeping adhesiveness, a colored layer of the transfer sheet is compression bonded and stripped and, thereby, a light shielding layer whose optical transmission density is at least≥2.0 is formed on the non-condensed part. Therein, the transfer sheet has the colored layer 4 which contains at least pigment having grain size≤0.5μm of 60-80 pts.wt. and organic polymer of 15-35 pts.wt. and has a film thickness in the range of 0.2-3.0μm.
