PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical power meter coping with spatial light capable of measuring power of the spatial light with high accuracy and high stability. SOLUTION: This optical power meter for measuring the spatial light power is constituted of a reflection preventing film, an attenuation film for attenuating the light, a wavelength filter film having a wavelength sensitivity characteristic substantially reverse to a wavelength sensitivity characteristic of a photoreceiving element, a filter layered with a glass substrate and a diffusion plate, and the photoreceiving element arranged to be opposed to the filter via a space.
