PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, capable of transmitting communication management information by facsimile data upon request from a counterpart station to which the line is connected irrespective of the kind of the connected line. SOLUTION: When a specific code and the line number of a facsimile machine is transmitted from a specific terminal operable by a user, after the communication terminal device decides that the specified code is a proper, the device stores the line number of the facsimile machine 1. Then, the communication terminal device cuts off the connection state with the specific terminal, and the connection is then made to the facsimile machine, to transmit the incoming call history information stored theretofore to the facsimile machine, after the history information has been converted to facsimile data.
