PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the current condition of a receiving party to a calling party as an answer message of an answering machine, without troublesome setting. SOLUTION: The system comprises a current position detecting means 101 for detecting the current position of a receiving party, a map data storage means 107 for storing map data, a message generating means 102 for acquiring location information such as an address, a facility name, or a street name from the map data storage means 107 based on the detected current position of the receiving party and generating a message including the location information for an answering machine, and a communication means 110 for detecting a call incoming and transmitting the generated message to a calling party. Since an answer message to the calling party contains current location information, action schedule information, and moving destination information for the receiving party, the calling party can understand the current condition of the receiving party, and his/her answer message is automatically set.
