<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent airborne fine dust and organic matter from being supplied to a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This air supply device 1 includes a fuel cell 2 which generates power when air is supplied to a cathode electrode 2c as oxidant and hydrogen gas is supplied to an anode electrode 2b; an air supply passage 6 for supplying air to the cathode electrode 2c of the fuel cell 2; and an air purifier 10 provided in the air supply passage 6.
