<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device for a rollover detector for accurately determining whether the rollover detector is normal. <P>SOLUTION: The test device for the rollover detector is equipped with: an information output part 6 which outputs angular velocity information and acceleration information to the rollover detector 13; and a simulator 9 which calculates the reference time point for the rollover determination based on the angular velocity information and the acceleration information outputted from the information output part 6. When the time point when the rollover detector 13 detects the rollover of the vehicle according to the angular velocity information and the acceleration information outputted from the information output part 6, equals to the reference time point for the rollover determination calculated with the simulator 9, the test device determines that the rollover detector 13 is normal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
