<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display information management system capable of changing a display content without manual operation, a noncontact identification tag, an information management device, a noncontact identification tag control program and an information management device control program. <P>SOLUTION: The information management device 2 comprises an information transmission part 2a, an information receiving part 2b, a time information management part 2c, and an information setting part 2d. The noncontact identification tag 3 comprises a receiving part 3a, a transmission part 3b, a power source generation part 3c, a control part 3d, a storage part 3e, an information display processing part 3f, an electrophoretic display device 3g, and a time information measurement part 3h.
