<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timer circuit which announces a plurality of event occurrence times with high accuracy while keeping the load of software small. <P>SOLUTION: Each event occurrence time is defined about a plurality of events, and whenever each event occurrence time comes, an information processor 1 performs an event that comes to the event occurrence time. In this timer circuit 10 which is included in the information processor 1 and announces each event occurrence time, a sub counter 13 counts a clock generated by a clock generation circuit 50 with the time when a main counter 12 generates a time-up signal as a starting point. In setting time length in the main counter 12, a counter control circuit 14 subtracts a time represented by a value counted by the sub counter 13 from time length whose setting is instructed and sets a resultant time in the main counter 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
