<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the forming speed of a rubber sheet while keeping the dimension of the rubber sheet constant. <P>SOLUTION: When the feed-out speed Vc of the rubber sheet G2 of a calender roll machine 3 is altered from Vc1 to Vc2 during an alteration time T, the operation speed Ve of a rubber extruder 2 is changed from Ve1 to Ve2 during the alteration time T.
