PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for audio signal processing and a computer-readable recording medium where a program is recorded.

SOLUTION: The apparatus which processes an audio signal that a terminal connected to a network reproduces is equipped with an input part 10 which inputs the audio signal and a signal processing part 12 which processes the audio signal by using at least one of network information and terminal information and signal information; and the network information is information regarding the network having a state changing at any time, the terminal information is information regarding the terminal having a state changing at any time, and the signal information is information regarding the audio signal. Therefore, effective streaming processing of the audio signal can be performed by using the network and/or terminal information changing at any time in real time, so while the audio signal transmitted from a server can continuously be received by the terminal without any short, the signal can be reproduced with superior sound quality matching the terminal.
