PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection indicating the occurrence of earthquake even if slight shock is applied depending on operation situation of equipment and to prevent combustion from stopping while detecting earthquake and restarting of combustion to improve durability of the equipment. SOLUTION: When an earthquake detection signal continues for a fixed period of time, judging from operation situation of an earthquake detection device, an operation condition is held as it is during monitoring time set in advance, and then, if the earthquake detection signal continues for a fixed period of time after the monitoring time elapses, it is determined that earthquake is detected.
