PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and facilities for continuously manufacturing polarizing plates with which polarizing plates can be continuously manufactured with stable quality. SOLUTION: The facilities 2 for continuously manufacturing polarizing plates comprise a film supply device 3, a processor 4, a tenter device 5, a laminating device 6, a drying device 7, and a take-up device 8. A tenter controller 50 drives and controls a tenter motor 49 according to a speed reference value. A 1st arithmetic unit 61 drives and controls a 1st feed motor 51 according to the deviation of detected tension by a 1st tension sensor TS1 from reference tension and a tenter speed signal so that the tension of a PVA film 10 becomes constant. Further, 2nd to 10th arithmetic units 62 to 70 also drive and control 2nd to 8th feed motors 52 to 58, a sending-out motor 59, and a take-up motor 60 individually, respectively according to deviations between detected values and the reference value, and the tenter speed signal or feed motor speed signal so that the PVA film 10, a TAC film 34, and a polarizing plate film 40 have constant tension, respectively.
