PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner provided on a mobile telephone itself which prevents a liquid crystal display from becoming dirty with oil on a face, cosmetic powder, or the like when it is used, and which also used as an accessory. SOLUTION: A cleaner is divided into a base portion and a cleaner portion, and is made detachable. For the base portion, a double-sided adhesive tape or the like is used so as to fix the base portion to any part of the telephone. For the cleaner's cloth portion, a cloth or the like made from ultrafine fiber such as a wiper for glasses is used.
