PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temple from flawing a lens and to reduce faults of a hinge part caused by excessive stress applied to the temple by strictly limiting the closing angle of the temple as to a hinge for spectacles. SOLUTION: A make dowel part (20) has a 1st stopper element (26) integrally provided at its dowel peripheral wall back part (22) with a projection part (23), a wing part (24) provided in parallel to an axis extending from the projection part, and a reinforcing extension part (25) that they follow backward. Then a female dowel part (30) has a 2nd stopper element (36), provided having a projection part provided integrally in parallel to a female dowel part axis, and a reinforcing extension part (35) which is connected following it backward. Then When a temple having the hinge is closed around an axis of rotation, the 1st and 2nd stopper elements abut against each other and the closing angle of the temple (41) is limited.
