PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply install a cone or the like, and to facilitate handling. SOLUTION: An open/close type bar unit is composed of a mounting body 1, a rotary mechanism 2 fixed to the body 1 and a bar body 3 installed to the mechanism 2. Three plates are connected in a bendable manner on a substantially parallel line to the axial center of the body 1 in the mechanism 2. A first plate 20 is fixed to the body 1, a second plate 23 in succession to the plate 20 is mounted rotatably at the front end of the plate 20 through a first shaft pin 21 only in the forward direction and a third plate 26 is secured rotatably at the front end of the plate 23 through a second shaft pin 24 only in the opposite direction. The root of the bar body 3 is fixed to the plate 26, and coil springs 22 and 25 set up to the pin 21 and the pin 24 function so as to return the plate 23 and the plate 26 at specified places.
